After Joe’s stint as a farmer, he gained a new appreciation for food and nourishment. He always cooked, always had to, but now he had found a new meaning and way of going about it. He thought well I already do this and sometimes it’s one of the only routine things I enjoy, why not make a go at a career with it. Introducing Chef Joe. Chef became so involved in his craft and new found path, that he lost sight of all else. At the pace he was going working at an Italian restaurant Joe was sure to burn out and snap and snap he did. One bad service led to another and Joe was left without a job again. Going crazy with the thought of a future plan expiring he grabbed his chefs jacket, favorite knife and ventured on.
